Proximus Fund

Proposed by seven students and former students in 2021, the Proximus Fund helps current BYU Law Students. Students with difficulties or opportunities can nominate themselves, or be nominated by a classmate, when help is needed the most. Unforeseen struggles such as the deaths of family members, severe illnesses, financial setbacks, and other hard situations have already been made easier by the generosity of donors to the Proximus Fund. The Latin word “proximus” means “neighbor;” this fund answers the Savior’s call (Luke 10) to love and care for those around us.
