Scholarships are among our top priorities at the Law School because they help us to attract students capable of serving and leading in their communities and homes. Scholarships also help our students avoid the significant debt that is such a burden at many other law schools around the country.
The Proximus Fund was established in 2021 by several current law students, and a few recent alums, to provide assistance directly to BYU Law students in need. The Latin word “proximus” can be translated as “neighbor.” Your gift to the Proximus Fund is a direct answer to the Savior’s invitation in Luke Chapter 10 to know our neighbors, to sacrifice for them and to serve them.
