Assistant Dean for Admissions

Tony returns to BYU Law after a successful career in the private sector. Tony dedicated his practice to commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on bankruptcy and creditor's rights. Tony tried cases to jury in both state and federal court and secured favorable verdicts in his clients' favor. Tony's clients ranged from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Tony dedicated many hours to pro bono projects including the Debtor's Counseling Legal Clinic, Utah Legal Services, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah's Pro Bono Discharge Assistance Program. When not in the office, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters.
