
Jessica Lees
Visiting Assistant Professor
Jessica Lees is a visiting assistant professor at BYU Law teaching Property and Securities Regulation. Her research focuses on corporate law, securities, and international law matters, with a particular emphasis on investment funds and cross-border transactions. Before coming to BYU, she was a financial services and investment management associate in the Los Angeles and Boston offices of Dechert LLP. Her practice focused on financial services matters, including the establishment, regulation, and cross-border marketing of investment funds. She holds a J.D. from Boston University and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
