Mike Moesel currently serves as Operating Advisor, Legal Counsel at Francisco Partners, a leading technology investment firm. Mike was previously a senior associate in the corporate practice of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. (Wilson Sonsini) where his practice focused primarily on capital markets, emerging companies, venture capital, and general corporate matters. At Wilson Sonsini, Mike worked closely with public and private technology companies through all stages of their growth as well as with investment banks and investment firms. One of Mike’s focuses in practice has been assisting companies as they navigate the exciting processes of raising capital and going public. While attending law school, Mike worked as a senior associate in the tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where he assisted venture capital and private equity clients on various tax compliance and consulting engagements. He also interned at Kim & Chang in Seoul, South Korea, where he assisted the corporate practice, and worked as a law clerk in Wilson Sonsini's Washington, D.C., office. Prior to law school, Mike worked for PwC in its Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Mike holds active CPA licenses in the state of California and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
