Ray Jay Davis
Ray J. Davis received a B.A. from Idaho State University in 1948 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1953 and a L.L.M. from Columbia Law School. He taught at the University of Arizona, Temple University, the University of Arkansas and the J. Reuben Clark Law School. His areas of expertise included water law, workers’ compensation and weather modification. He also authored the “Arizona Workers’ Compensation Handbook,” the “Model State Water Allocation Code” and textbook “Law in Action: American Government.” He died of gastric carcinoma in August 2000.
