
Ted Cundick
Ted Cundick practices bankruptcy law full time at the law firm of Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler, where he represents debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of complex bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to joining Prince Yeates, he spent three years clerking for Chief Judge Bill Parker of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Mr. Cundick studied accounting at the University of Utah, graduating magna cum laude in 2001. Thereafter, he studied law at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he achieved membership on the Law Review, Order of the Coif, Graduate Research Fellow, and Junior Partner in the law school’s Legal Skills Program.
