Amy Fiene

Adjunct Professor, Amy Fiene. After receiving a Masters of Science from Stanford in Mechanical Engineering and Biomechanics, Amy became an intellectual property coordinator at an identity theft protection tech company in California, managing a patent portfolio of over 100+ patents and patent applications. She went on to graduate from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and has worked as a patent attorney for top law firms in Utah.

Her current work includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and trademark applications for startups and small to large companies. She also provides litigation support on contract and trademark matters. By providing legal advice and guidance to clients and working with examiners at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, she pursues her passion for helping clients achieve their intellectual property goals.

In her spare time, she likes to be with family and friends.
