Elysa Dishman

Professor Elysa Dishman joined the BYU Law faculty in August 2016 as Practitioner-in-Residence for fall semester. She previously practiced real estate law at Kirton McConkie PC in Salt Lake City. Prior to working at Kirton McConkie PC, she practiced in the litigation group of Baker Botts LLP in Washington, DC.

Professor Dishman teaches Professional Responsibility. Her research interests include ethics, corporate governance, director and officer liability, white collar crime, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Professor Dishman has a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
