The BYU Black Law Student Association (BLSA) is hosting an event on February 25, 2016, titled, "Do Black Lives Really Matter?" They will be discussing issues of concern to the African American community.
BLSA Vice President Carla Davis-Bey initiated the event to generate dialogue between all races and to foster greater understanding of the Black Lives Matter movement and issues that the African American community faces.
The BLSA is committed to providing the BYU Law community an open and welcoming forum where they can discuss and become more fully aware of the legal and social issues faced by Black communities worldwide.
