Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School strives to produce influential and enduring legal scholarship. In keeping with that goal, the BYU Law School Legal Studies Research Paper Series contains abstracts, works in progress, and published papers written by the law school’s professors, faculty visitors, and other academics participating in the vibrant scholarly environment of workshops, lectures, colloquia, and symposia at the Law School.

“I’m excited that we will have this opportunity to expose more people to the great work of our faculty,” said Dean James Rasband.  “The faculty are literally publishing and presenting all over the globe and I am pleased we have this additional vehicle to share their innovative ideas and thoughtful analysis.”
