Each year, BYU Law students are on the road the first week of August as part of BYU’s Traveling Interview Program. Students spend two days in each of the selected cities interviewing and networking. This year’s program was held in Dallas, Houston, New York, and Washington, D.C.
In addition to participating in job interviews, students meet with BYU Law alumni and J. Reuben Clark Law Society members during information sessions and informal lunches that typically include advice, suggestions for tackling the market, and names of potential contacts. These interactions are invaluable for students interested in the area.
All alumni and society members interested in participating next year, either as a host for an information session or to conduct job interviews, should contact Beth Hansen, Director of Career Services, BYU Law School, hansenb@law.byu.edu.
