Once a year, the Utah Supreme Court holds a sessions at BYU Law, giving the school’s community an opportunity to easily attend a court session while on campus. The session will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at 10 a.m. in room 303 JRCB. Overflow is in room 306.
The two cases that will be heard are State v. Prater and Dircks v. The Travelers Indemnity Company of America.
Those attending the first case need to be seated by 10:00 a.m. There will be brief break at the conclusion of the first case at approximately 10:45 a.m., at which time the public may enter to hear the second case. No backpacks, large bags, food, or drink will be allowed in room 303.
