Public Interest Law Foundation

About

The Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF) is a student organization dedicated to the promotion of community legal service in the study and practice of law. PILF raises funds to support law students who wish to pursue careers in public interest law and promotes public interest and pro bono legal work.

Auction

The annual PILF Auction held during Winter Semester is another major fundraising event, and it is always lots of fun. PILF collects donated items and services and then holds a live as well as a silent auction (for some of the items). If you are interested in helping out, want to donate, or would like more information about the auction, please contact the PILF President.

Stipends and Scholarships

The purpose of the PILF scholarships is to aid law students in their pursuit of public interest summer jobs and to make it economically possible for students to take these kinds of jobs. PILF raises money through its Auction so that it can provide these scholarships.
