The following is a list of clinics which are currently, or in the last two school years have been, available, with a short description of each clinic:

BYU Community Legal Clinic—students provide pro bono legal services to underserved populations in the areas of consumer law, contracts, government benefits law, immigration, and landlord/tenant.
Criminal & Civil Rights Appeals Clinic—students provide pro bono legal services to live clients in real world appeals, specifically by working on criminal, post—conviction, and civil rights appeals.
Family Justice Center (Domestic Violence Intervention Clinic and Family Law Clinic)—students provide pro bono legal services to clients with family law issues such as divorce and custody, as well as issues related to legal proceedings associated with domestic violence, such as criminal actions, protection and restraining orders, personal injury cases, and juvenile justice proceedings.
Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic—students provide transactional and intellectual property legal services to for-profit and nonprofit entities, including entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, start-up companies, and other clients focused on social entrepreneurship.
Legal Design Clinic (LawX Lab)—students use design thinking to analyze and tackle pressing legal issues for vulnerable populations, and they specifically seek to provide innovative solutions for the access-to-justice needs of community members.
Legislative Clinic—students conduct legal research and analysis, draft legal opinions and memoranda, draft and respond to pleadings related to government litigation, attend meetings, hearings and trials, and do work associated with government attorneys who represent various governmental agencies and offices.
Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Clinic—students work directly with organizational clients to assess an organization’s conflict management system, and they provide recommendations and training to improve or build effective conflict resolution processes.
Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic—students obtain real-world experience briefing live and often high-profile cases. They hone their legal research, analysis, and writing skills by drafting, editing, and rewriting sections of certiorari petitions, oppositions to and replies in support of certiorari petitions, merit briefs, and briefs of amici curiae at the certiorari or merit stages.
