Services for Clients

The Clinic will focus on providing the following services to clients:

  1. Negotiation training. By training clients in negotiation, students will learn how to assist clients in more effectively resolving disputes, and in that process become more effective negotiators themselves.
  2. Dispute systems design. Lawyers are often asked to design conflict management systems that support (or replace) an organization’s existing legal structure.
