Manal Zakhary Hall is a shareholder in the Lehi, Utah, office of Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar. Focusing on all aspects of franchise and distribution law, Hall regularly advises clients on a wide variety of issues, including domestic market entry, expansion and exit strategies, franchise disclosure obligations, and franchise compliance programs and policies. She assists clients with all phases of the franchise registration process in the US registration states and has assisted clients in assessing the feasibility of entering various international markets. Hall enjoys helping franchisors create strategies, systems, and a corporate infrastructure designed to help them scale rapidly and efficiently.
