Melanie J. Brown
Research Fellow
Melanie Brown is a research fellow at BYU Law. She has previously practiced in estate planning and small business matters at Callister, Broberg & Becker, and was a staff attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, focused on health care products and services. She holds a J.D. and LL.M from Columbia Law School and an M.A. in library and information studies from University College London. Her research interests include wills and trusts, antitrust, and health law.
