Rust Tippett
Robert S. (Rust) Tippett has been an adjunct professor in the BYU Law School since 2009. He has taught Wills & Estates and Advanced Estate Planning. He was previously an adjunct professor at USC Law School from 2003 to 2008, teaching the Trusts & Estates course there. Rust is a trusts & estates attorney at the Salt Lake City law firm of Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere. He is the author of the Utah Law of Trusts & Estates, an online treatise which can be accessed at utahestateplanning.org. Rust has a BA from Yale University and a JD from the University of Michigan.
