Sarah L. Hamilton-Jiang
Sarah Hamilton-Jiang holds an LL.B. Law degree from the University of Sheffield, and an LL.M. in Human Rights and Social Justice from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Following her LL.M., she was the inaugural research scholar at NYU Law’s Center on Race, Inequality and the Law. Prior to joining BYU Law School, she was an independent legal research consultant and partnered with the UN Women, the UN Special Rapporteur on Racial Discrimination, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice at NYU School of Law, and Amnesty International USA to advance their work on racial justice and human rights law. Her research interests lie at the intersection of immigration law, international human rights law, and global migration.
