Margot Edwards is an attorney with over twenty-seven years of experience. Currently the managing partner at Edwards Law, PLLC, Margot has built a comprehensive legal practice focusing on corporate, contract, and employment law, as well as general litigation. Margot’s experience as in-house counsel for various businesses has equipped her with the knowledge to navigate complex legal frameworks and foster strong client relationships.

Before establishing her firm in 2012, Margot gained diverse legal experience in tort litigation, including product liability and medical malpractice, at Jeffrey P. Foote and Associates, P.C. in Portland, Oregon. Margot also worked as an associate attorney at Bradford & Brady, P.C. in Provo, Utah. Her legal journey began as a judicial law clerk for Judge Anthony W. Schofield in the Fourth District Court, Utah County.

Margot earned her juris doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, graduating cum laude and ranking in the top 15% of her class. She is an active member of both the Oregon and Utah Bar Associations. Additionally, she holds a bachelor of arts in Italian with a pre-med emphasis from Brigham Young University, where she graduated with honors.

Beyond her legal career, Margot is passionate about the arts, having performed with the Utah Regional Ballet Company for nearly a decade. She is also involved in her community as a board member and secretary for the Utah Metropolitan Ballet. Margot is a dual citizen of both the United States and Italy. Margot and her husband are the proud parents of three sons, and together they love sports, traveling, and the outdoors.
