Appellate

Students participate in exercises designed to teach and strengthen appellate advocacy skills, including appellate brief writing and oral advocacy.
Chancery

Through an in-depth simulation, students gain an insider’s perspective on the fast-paced, bet-the-company litigation that is Delaware’s bread and butter.
Corporate Compliance
Los Angeles, California | Mayer Brown
Focused on anti-corruption compliance, students conduct investigations, evaluate compliance programs, negotiate with government regulators, and make recommendations to a board of directors.

Students are trained in high-level transactional practice as they conceptualize, negotiate, and draft documents relating to a hypothetical merger agreement.
Immigration

With an emphasis on corporate immigration law, students analyze legal issues, draft documents, and advise clients relative to complex immigration matters facing U.S. businesses.
International Commercial Arbitration

This rigorous transactional lawyering program focuses on supporting startup businesses in their corporate transactions, including incorporation, founder relationships, early-stage financing, and intellectual property.
Trial

Using the National Institute for Trial Advocacy method, students participate in training sessions, skills performances, and video analyses with real-time feedback from trial advocacy experts, culminating in a trial at a local courthouse.
